Bangladesh : Human bondage to demand an end to violence against women in Afghanistan

The landless organization has called for an end to the inhumane treatment and torture of Afghan women at Debidwer and for the establishment of equal rights for women in all parts of the state.

The human bond was organized at 10 am on Saturday at Wahedpur Bazar in Subil Union of the upazila on the initiative of a landless organization.

With the slogan 'I am and will remain with the struggle of Afghan women', during the human bondage, landless leader Rokeya Begum spoke under the presidency of landless leader Md. Baten Sarkar, Kanan Rani, Rehana Begum, Jayanti Rani, Hajera Begum and others.  Comrade Abul Bashar, President of the Comilla District Committee of the Communist Party of Bangladesh, spoke in solidarity with the demands of the protesters.
